AIRLINE DISPATCH TRAINING PROGRAMS
Dispatch Initial (Basic Indoc) Course - 40 Hours (1 Week)
This course is designed for airlines and companies who have hired new dispatchers who need to
be instructed on company policies and procedures, and initial qualifications to work with the
airline as a dispatcher. Courses are conducted at your choice of locations or at your facility.

Recurrent Dispatcher Course - 24 Hours ( 3 Days)
This course is designed for airlines and companies dispatcher recurrent training and is offered in
as little as 3 days. Courses are conducted at your choice of locations or at your facility.

Transition Dispatcher Course - 80 Hours (2 Weeks)
This course is designed for airlines and companies that are receiving a new fleet type. We
transition your dispatch staff to fully qualify on the new aircraft type in as little as 80 hours over
two weeks. Courses are conducted at your choice of locations or at your facility.

*NOTE: This may be less than 80 hours depending on the "from" and "to" as in B727 to B737CL or
B757 to B767, as they have similar systems and nomenclature.

Aircraft Differences Dispatcher Course - 24 Hours (3 Days)
This course is intended for airlines and companies that are receiving a new variant of a current
fleet type or manufacturer. We transition your dispatch staff to fully qualify on the aircraft
differences in as little as 40 hours over one week. Courses are conducted at your choice of
locations or at your facility.


These courses require us to teach from your company's GOM (or some call it a FOM), the AOM for
each aircraft you have, and Dispatch Procedures Manual (if you publish one separate from the
appropriate GOM chapters.) All manuals will need to be given to our instructor no later than
2-weeks prior to the class.
